bored

so I'm finally studying =D....
I've been hanging out with friends a lot lately and I've finally decided to settle down and study... considering I have a midterm coming up very soon.
I've been having a lot of strange dreams lately... not sure y =P
I wish I could learn to interpret dreams, but then again that might just freak me out lol....
Anyway, I'm decided to be "healthier" so now I start... with a party just one day away, I can't slack... as if that's gonna help with anything lol.
So yesterday was great..
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: rice and chicken; apple
Dinner: dish of veggies, potatoes, and pork; orange
I was so close to getting an ice cap, ice cream, or frozen yogurt, but I managed to avoid it... took so much will... but now i know i can do it
Exercise: 25 sit-ups * 2 reps, 25 crunches

today:
Breakfast/Lunch: half a bran muffin, juice, banana (283cal)
Dinner: pasta; orange
There's still 6 hours before dinner... let's see if I can use that will to prevent me from binging again... *crosses fingers*
Exercise: 25 sit-ups * 3 reps, 50 crunches, 30 minutes of weight loss hula hoop.
I really want a small block of cheese right now... must resist =D

Tomorrow, I have to meet my friend for lunch and I know that she's gonna eat a lot.. I'm just gonna use my usual excuses =P. We're going to jap/korean food and I know that she's gonna order tempura and a lot of fat stuff. I might eat the tempura, but after I take off the crust =P. Also, there's gonna be so much alcohol at the party tomorrow, but everyone knows that alcohol is just empty calories... Max 2-3 shots. I really can't afford to put on anymore weight.. I want to lose at least 10-15 pounds during the summer... I'm sure 10 pounds is possible... if my body is capable of going under, that'll be amazing.

Target weight: under 110lbs.

On the plus side, thanks to Proactiv, my skin's finally looking good. It's been a long process, but I don't have too too many pimples left.. SO happy... tomorrow I have to look good =D
